We worked with 13 restaurants in October of 2023 to introduce plant-based specials all over San Antonio in celebration of Plant Based for the Planet.
We saw significant reductions in greenhouse gases during these initiatives and the Office of Sustainability committed to lasting improvements that benefit thousands of San Antonio citizens.
In honor of the initiative, the staff at the Office of Sustainability also joined the Veganuary Workplace Challenge!
