What is a city partner?

City partners are government departments and elected officials who work with Planted Society to support our Plant Based for the Planet initiative! Partnering with local government is essential to carrying out our mission of connecting, empowering, and supporting communities who want to decrease their climate impact.

How Planted Society Helps

Planted Society is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. We build relationships with cities that are interested in lowering their community’s consumption-based emissions and creating greater access to healthy foods.

Our partnerships have gained national press, resulted in lasting climate commitments and energizing local commerce in communities around the country.
