This September 2024, we will collaborate with locally-owned restaurants in Dallas, TX to introduce plant-based specials as a way to help the community lower its collective climate impact.
Each restaurant creates at least 2 new plant-based specials that are available the entire month of September. Participation is free and lots of marketing is included!
At the end of each challenge, we present a report that highlights the environmental benefits of the initiative, including significant reductions in greenhouse gases and lasting improvements in community food habits.
