This September 2024, we are collaborating with locally-owned restaurants in Dallas, TX to introduce plant-based specials as a way to help the community lower its collective climate impact.
Each restaurant is creating at least 2 new plant-based specials that are available the entire month of September.
At the end of the challenge, we will present a report that highlights the environmental benefits of the initiative, including reductions in greenhouse gases achieved by the community and our restaurant partners!
Bánh Mì Station: Nestled in Dallas’s Sylvan Thirty district, Banh Mi Station offers a modern take on the traditional Vietnamese sandwich. Hello Dumpling: Specializing in Northern Chinese cuisine, this cozy gathering spot offers a delightful selection of homemade dumplings, noodles, and bao. Since opening in 2017, it has become a neighborhood favorite, winning accolades like “Neighborhood Fave” and “Best BYOB Dining Spot”.
